Thursday governor Jan Brewer of the state of Arizona vetoed the introduction
of a controversial anti-gay-law that makes it possible for companies to refuse
homosexuals for religious reasons. Now my question is…didn't they learn anything
from the past? Today is about refusing gay’s for religious reasons, tomorrow its
people who have brown eyes, what comes after that?
These kinds of laws are so outdated; I didn't think thoughts like this
would ever reach the senate. For god’s sake, don’t they have more urgent
matters to attend? Is this what the tax payer is actually paying for? Just to harass
people? Doesn't the bible say thou shalt love their neighbor? The thing with
religion is that you can bend it any way you want. Which basically means you
can interpret the bible any way you like. That’s makes religious so very dangerous,
think of the radicals who act in the name of god or Allah.
My motto is to live and let live, love is a beautiful thing and the gay
couples I know are all wonderful people. They are kind and care about their
family and friends, and that’s more than I can say of some straight people. So
to love the same sex, is it really wrong? I don’t think so, what counts is the
unconditional love between people, no more and no less. If religion would see
it my way, there would be less war and more peace and respect for mankind.
My deepest respect for Jan Brewer governor
of the State of Arizona, I bow and salute this lady!
PETA
Maker of Newport cigarettes (Lorillard Tobacco Company) BANS animal
testing after speaking with PETA. This is a huge success, for all those poor
primates who were forced to smoke the nasty and deadly cigarettes. Volkswagen
USA agreed to stop the primate commercial after PETA explained that primates
are abused and suffering because of it!
It makes me sick to my stomach to know that there are monsters walking
this beautiful earth and destroy all that’s dear to us, the normal and social human
beings. I help out any way I can but as
my health isn't that great my help is limited to signing petitions and sending
letters to companies who abuse animals. Also I try to tell as many people as I possibly
can and I hope that at least some of them actually start to sign petitions and
share the horrific articles about animal abuse!
I can’t look at the recordings that were made at a horror facility where
they torture animals. I can’t hear them scream, because I would even get less
sleep at night. I often lie awake only because of the pictures I see.
But, as long as people look the other way, it will not stop the abuse of
innocent animals! Looking the other way doesn't make it go way, on the contrary,
if you stay silent, the abuse will even increase.
