I woke up
this morning with the CNN headlines that they got the second Boston bomber. I
cried when I saw the footage of people cheering on the police officers, wow. I’m
so glad that this terror is over. The nineteen year old seemed like a really “sweet
kid” according to friends and family. My heart hurts for the families who lost
a loved one, among them an eight year old boy.
I just saw
the interview with the father of the two boys. Does he really think his two
sons where set-up by the police??? The evidence is overwhelming, I’m sorry for
the parents, but these boys killed four innocent people, among them an eight
year old boy. Can parents be so blind when it comes to their children, or is it
the shame talking? I mean the world saw the footage; these two boys were not
set-up by the police.
Friday: I went to the vet with li’ll Max, he has skin problems
again. He got meds and injections and he is doing better right now. Max was in
so much pain, he didn’t want to go for his morning walk. So to the vet it was.
I was sick
(flu) last week, and ever since, I struggle to write my articles, how weird. It’s
getting better since Friday thank the gods for small favors.
Saturday: It’s Saturday,
and already I have a million things to do! The laundry is waiting! I cleaned
the kitchen partly on Friday evening, because I don’t really have the time
during the day. I want to finish cleaning the kitchen today. This afternoon we
have BBQ with friends, so the Saturday is over before it begins uh!
And then
there is the garden…I started gardening this week, there was/ is so much weed,
ugh! I will continue with gardening in the evenings, after article writing.
Gardening calms me, what can I say, I like gardening.
Writers
block
I’m still
stuck and can’t seem to write one single word regarding my Christmas novella,
and it sucks! I will give it a new try on Sunday, because then I will have the
time. So I hope to get some writing done on Sunday. Also I want to get some articles
done before Monday. I’ll be away for most of the time on Monday so that’s why I
need to get some work done on Sunday. I don‘t mind, I love writing.
So, I have
to start the day and get some work done. Have a great weekend, I know I will!
