Camping trip.....

Our camping trip is wonderful so far, the weather could be a bit better but hey, at least it’s not raining (for now). I bought my li’ll doggie a huge bone, spread out his blanked and gave him the damn thing. Suddenly Max things he is the top dog and he growls at me. I can’t believe what I’m hearing, he actually growls at me.

It’s good that I always watch Cesar Millan aka the Dog Whisperer. So today, Max will get a lesson in *how do I behave when mommy gives me a huge delicious bone*. I will take Max for a long walk along the waterfront when he stops growling at me.  I teach Max to behave without speaking or touching him. How? I claim the bone over and over again, standing over the bone and claim my space. It worked but only after repeating it many times over. No touch, no talk and no eye contact just standing over the bone and claiming the damn thing.

My Christmas novella goes well, for now anyways. I have a bunch of ideas so that’s a good thing. Also I continued on editing my first novel. It’s been ages when I started with the editing, and it goes well so it should be finished and ready for the publisher soon. I hope they will publish my novel *fingers crossed*

I’m all by myself right now, hubby has to work and will be back in the afternoon. I don’t mind being on my own it gives my peace and quiet and I need that right now to continue writing.

Edit:

I took Max for his walk along the waterfront, were back now and he settled himself nicely in his chair next to mine. He ignores his bone, which stuns me actually. One moment he is possessive like hell, the next moment he ignores the damn thing LOL.
